0630 Hrs – ETD from Sahastradhara helipad
0730 Hrs – ETA at Badrinath helipad.
Guests are required to report at the Sahastradhara helipad by 5:30 hrs. arrival at Badrinath helipad, transfer to temple done by car. VIP darshan arranged by us in the temple.
Approximate 1-2 hrs shall be allowed to guests for darshan. After darshan Guests will be brought back to the Badrinath helipad for the next flight.
Badrinath – kedarnath
0930 Hrs – ETD from Badrinath helipad
1000 Hrs – ETA at Sersi helipad.
Arrival at Sersi there shall be waiting time approximately 30 min to 1 hrs. our crew serves tea and breakfast to the guests. After breakfast guests boarded to Kedarnath shuttle service flight to Kedarnath.
Temple is 500 meters from the Helipad. We arranged VIP darshan at Kedarnath temple and allowed 2 hrs from the same. After darshan guests report back to the helipad for their return flight to Sersi.
Sersi helipad – Dehradun
1300 Hrs – ETD from Sersi helipad
1330 Hrs – ETA at Sahastradhara helipad.

Guidelines for passengers
- There is very limited space for luggage in the chopper. Only 05 kg luggage per passenger will be permitted. Passengers bringing excess baggage would not be allowed to take the same in the chopper.
- Passengers should carry only handbags as suitcases cannot be kept in the helicopter.
- Temples in Do Dham are located in high-altitude areas. Passengers are advice to carry a regular medical kit.
- At these locations, it becomes cold throughout, so passengers must carry woolen clothes with them.
- Children above the age of 2 years will be considered full ticket
- There is no provision of concession to children or senior citizens
Terms and conditions
- The booking has to be done in advance with a deposit of 50% of the charter amount.
- Heritage aviation reserves the right to postpone the timings of flying subject to weather conditions.
- The full amount has to be deposited 14 days prior to the date of the journey.
Cancellation policy
If passengers wish to cancel their booking then they will have to pay the following cancellation charges:
- Up to 7 days before the journey 20% of amount.
- Up to 48 hours before journey 50% of the amount.
- Less than 48 hours before journey 75% of the amount.
- 24 hours before journey No refund.
Rescheduling of booking to a next date will be done subject to availability and on payment of 10% of the cost. This will be permitted only if applied 7 days before the journey date. In case the rescheduling is requested with less than 7 days to the journey then the booking will be treated as canceled and a fresh booking will be given subject to availability.
Bad weather situation
If you are stuck in a bad weather situation on any particular day out of the 5 days we will still try to finish the darshan on the next day. In case we are completely unable to visit any dham due to bad weather situation we will refund proportionate money. This means, if due to any reason, we are unable to do 2 dhams then we will refund 50% of the payment. If unable to do 3 Dhams then we will refund 75% amount.
Points to remember
Things need to be carried:
Regular medical kit, Windcheater, Sports shoes, Sunglasses, Sunscreen, Flashlight, Dry fruits
Clothing :
There is no restriction for clothing while you enter in Temple. For ladies, we advise ignoring wear Sarees. Salwar Kameez and jeans will be preferable.

BSNL & JIO is best to have otherwise other network is also available at all sites (Sometimes with a limited network).
